About Blue Fox Run

Blue Fox Run was developed as an 18 hole golf course in the early 1970’s. Throughout the ensuing years, the golf course had undergone several name changes but has always been considered a staple in Farmington Valley where golfers of all levels enjoyed a blend of outstanding golf complimented by the scenic nature of the property . In 1997, Blue Fox Enterprises Inc. purchased the property and renamed the golf course, Blue Fox Run to give it a new identity and branding.  Along with a new identity came a new vision for the property. Blue Fox Enterprises commissioned renowned Golf Architect, Steven Kaye to do a comprehensive review of the property. Mr. Kaye made some changes that included reconfiguring certain tee areas that resulted in a more player friendly environment while maintaining the integrity and championship qualities of the golf course.

We invite and welcome everyone to experience and play “The Fox”.

Through this association with Mr. Kaye, Blue Fox Enterprise expanded the facility by introducing a short nine hole course which was later developed into a full regulation nine hole configuration. The new “Red” Course provided a mix of a traditional layout with a links style design. The results of this expansion gave the property a full 27 holes with three distinct nines and allow patrons the option to choose a variety of different configurations in which to play-The Blue, The White and The Red Courses.

Blue Fox Run has hosted a number of professional events including the LPGA Futures Tour and the New England Public Links Championship. Former LPGA Tour Player, Suzy Whaley was the Head Professional of the Club in 2003. The Club is a perfect venue to hold outings and plays host to many organizations within the community that raises funds for various philanthropic efforts and causes. It is this involvement with the community that has allowed Blue Fox Run to develop a loyal following with both residents and non residents alike. We invite and welcome everyone to experience and play “The Fox”.
